Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with investors and analysts • Prepare and present quarterly and annual earnings reports • Create and manage investor relations materials, such as press releases, investor presentations, and other documents • Monitor and analyze market trends and investor sentiment • Respond to investor inquiries and requests for information • Serve as a liaison between the company and the investment community • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely disclosure of financial information Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field • Strong understanding of financial markets and corporate finance • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Preferred Skills: • Previous experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or public relations • Knowledge of financial reporting regulations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other financial software programs • Strong organizational and time management skills
